Privacy notice
How AB&S Avvito processes the data of visitors to www.absavvito.com and www.absavvito.it and of anyone who writes to us through the quote form. Notice under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we process, why and on what basis

Providing the form data is optional, but without an email address and a message we cannot reply. Statistics and Leadinfo only start if you click "Accept" in the banner: if you decline, the site works just the same. We make no automated decisions and do not profile individuals.
Retention period
Data is kept for the period strictly necessary, in accordance with the applicable law. You can withdraw your consent to processing at any time, as described below.
Who receives the data
The data is processed by authorised AB&S Avvito staff (sales office and administration) and by suppliers acting on our behalf as processors:
- WpWeb S.r.l., via Livorno 60, 10144 Turin: hosts the site and email, on servers in Italy;
- Google Ireland Ltd: Google Analytics, only with your consent;
- Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam, the Netherlands: identification of visiting companies, only with your consent. You can also opt out at any time at leadinfo.com/en/opt-out;
- whoever maintains the site, when work on it is needed.
We do not sell or hand over data to third parties. We disclose it to authorities only when the law requires it.
Data outside the European Union
Google may also process data in the United States. The transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, to which Google adheres, and on standard contractual clauses. The other suppliers process data within the European Union.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its processing, receive it in a readable format (portability) and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15–22 GDPR). Cookie consent can be withdrawn with one click on "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page, without affecting earlier visits.
Just write to commerciale@absavvito.it: we reply within one month. If you believe the processing is not correct, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or with the authority of the EU country where you live.
Security
The site runs on HTTPS only, the form does not store data on the server but forwards it by email to the company mailbox, and access to the data is limited to those who need it for their work.
