NACE-certified screws and bolts
For hydrogen sulphide environments, screws and bolts undergo specific hardness testing and are certified to the NACE standards: ISO 15156 (formerly NACE MR0175) and ISO 17945 (formerly NACE MR0103).
Against corrosion and galling
Galvanizing
Zinc electroplating to ASTM B633 and hot-dip galvanizing (HDG) to ASTM A153 / F2329, with threads prepared for the coating thickness.
Electroless nickel plating
Niploy® process (ASTM B733).
PTFE coating
Using Whitford's Xylan® products, for offshore use and easier disassembly.

Do you supply bolting for H₂S service?
Yes: our screws and bolts for these environments undergo specific hardness testing and are certified to the NACE standards, ISO 15156 (formerly NACE MR0175) and ISO 17945 (formerly NACE MR0103).
Do you produce bonnet bolts for wellheads?
Yes, we produce them forged, including large sizes (up to Ø 350 mm and 130 kg), with testing on sacrificial samples and certified non-destructive testing.
Which certificates come with the material?
We provide EN 10204 2.1, 2.2 and 3.1 certificates if requested in the order, and 3.2 certificates via a third-party inspection body. The materials can be certified to the required specifications.
